Coleman Insurance Brokers has a bespoke team dedicated to the handling of your Claim. From day-one we will allocate a resource to you who will advise and assist you in dealing with your Insurance Company to make the claims process as straightforward as possible. With a combined expertise of over 100 years in the Insurance industry, our Claims team is well placed to advise on all aspects of claims - from a straightforward lost mobile phone to multimillion pound losses involving Loss Adjusters and major re-building works.
 
Whilst property claims are important, we also have a breadth of knowledge and experience in dealing with all sorts of liability claims. From simple issues like accidentally drilling through a glass panel at a third party premises to an employee suffering a catastrophic injury, we can help you through the process.

With the experience that we bring we are often able to pre-empt questions that the Insurers will ask and manage the claim to the maximum benefit of our Customers. Insurers are becoming more demanding in the information that they require and our liaison with your Account Executive means that we are able to save our customers spending lengthy amounts of time on the phone with, or directly in front of, Insurers or their representatives.

With our extensive claims knowledge, we can help with risk management and will refer to our in house expert when issues are identified, so that we can assist in managing risk in all types of business.

If the Insurance Company appoints a loss adjuster on a higher value claim we will always try to attend any visit that takes place and will advise what the process and procedures are, as this can be a daunting experience if this is the first Loss a Client has suffered.

Helping clients to understand what insurance they have, and pointing out covers that may not be immediately obvious, assists with re-imbursement of costs and expenses associated with Insurance Claims.We will always advise at the outset if we think that there may be an issue with any claim that is submitted via ourselves, in order that clients are aware at an early stage of where they stand.

Any claim submitted via Coleman Insurance Brokers is handled with professional care and attention, bringing our extensive claims knowledge to bear in providing advice and assistance as appropriate.
